Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at bentleycaliofficial@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right.

We carefully review replacement and refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
